"Health Cabin" far infrared saunas are manufactured using the highest quality lumber. Our Health Cabins are constructed of cold weather cedar that comes from Northern Canada. Do not mistake this with the cedar that comes from other places like China. Our cedar is kiln dried for thirty days before it is put on a CNC machine that matches all the grains of the lumber before it is cut. This computer matching of the wood grain results in an outstandingly beautiful cabinet. Our Health Cabins range from reddish cinnamon to sienna browns hues to mellow ambers and light honeys.

The lumber used to construct our Health Cabins is quarter sawn so that there are no knots, or splinters. Then it is tongue and grooved for added strength and durability. In addition our benches and floors are double reinforced for added strength and durability. Cedar also has exceptional thermal insulating properties that resist splits caused by the heating up and cooling down of the sauna. That's why we can offer a "Lifetime” warranty. In addition to the health benefits (see "Why Cedar”) Cedar is beautiful and our saunas are an elegant piece of furniture.

Health Cabin far infrared saunas are assembled using heavy duty latches. We use four latches on each corner which makes the cabin very secure and also very portable. Your "Health Cabin" kit comes with only six panels to be latched together. Each of the panels fit very easily through any door, up or down the stairs. It takes about 30 minutes to put together. You plug it into a regular 110 outlet and you are ready to enjoy a relaxing session in your Health Cabin. It is as simple as that!!

"Health Cabin" heaters are made of pure zirconium ceramic. Our heater was patented over 40 years ago. They are produced "in-house” by the manufacturer and they are government regulated. Our ceramic tube is filled with sand and minerals. The sand is heated by an embedded coil and when filtered through the ceramic tube produces "Far Infrared” light waves.

Because of the sand filled ceramic tubes our heaters produce exceptionally soft and effective far-infrared. Ninety-one percent of the heat produced by our heater is in the "Far" infrared range and measures in the 5-14 micron range which best matches the measurement of our body’s far infrared wave-lengths. Our heat is very gentle allowing for a much more enjoyable experience at lower temperatures than a conventional sauna.

Because of the quality construction of our Health Cabins and our far infrared heaters we offer a life-time warranty on both our heaters and our cabins. Our saunas are constructed so that it is very easy for our customers to replace our heaters if ever needed. You do not have to ship the entire sauna back to our warehouse at your expense. We simply send you the part needed and you replace it. It really is that easy!!

Our control comes with a 5 year warranty. If you should have any problem with it we simply send you a new control. All of our electrical connections are color coded. All you have to do is unplug the old one and plug in the new one. Once again you do not need to send the entire unit back to the warehouse.
